Food safety

A standardised product quality management system has been introduced at all production sites. We complete annual success certification and audits of the largest European companies.

Product quality guarantee

All products are certified and comply with the established legal requirements. At our production site there is a system of optical quality control of products, which allows to detect defects of products already on the production line.

Today our factory is one of the most modern and largest enterprises for production of disposable food packaging. Every day the specialists of the technical department, together with the development department, search for the latest technologies in the world packaging industry.

FSSC 22000 Сertification

Our production facility is certified with FSSC 22000 (Food Safety System Certification 22000).

FSSC 22000 is a company-level certification based on a scheme developed by the Foundation for Food Safety Certification. FSSC 22000 was given Global Recognition by the GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) and EA (European co-operation for Accreditation), as well as other food safety schemes such as BRC or IFS.

Formacia’s aluminium trays and containers are produced on fully-automated forming equipment using modern methods of calculation of the released batch of products and control of the quality of each individual container.

Modern high-end equipment and Siemens technologies optimise the cellulose fibre forming process, ensuring high quality of finished products as well as increasing productivity. The use of innovative techniques helps to reduce production costs and reduce the cost of products for our customers.

Single-wall and double-wall paper cups are produced on high-speed equipment with the use of optical product quality control system, allowing us to control the presence of defects in each produced cup.

Design studio

We print on paper cups and baking moulds with water-based paints, which are odourless and harmless to humans, using up to 5 colours at the same time. The technologies used by us correspond to the latest industry trends, moreover, we actively introduce into production such unique solutions as thermal paint printing, 3D textures, Soft Touch coating and others.

Hourly quality control of products

The production has its own testing laboratory, which employs highly qualified specialists. The laboratory is equipped with the most modern equipment, the quality control of products is carried out hourly and effects all stages of the technological process from the supply of raw materials to the formation of transport packaging, including the inspection of finished products.

Quality Certificates

All our products have all the necessary certificates of quality.

In the production of our company products we use only ecological high-quality materials.
Quality control of manufactured products is carried out at all stages of production, allowing us to minimise the risk of production of non-quality products at the final stage.
All the packaging we offer is subject to mandatory food contact tests in the state-licensed certification authorities. After testing, the safety of products for human health is confirmed by certificates and reports in the form established by the current legislation.
