This type of moulds is made from siliconized baking paper. Silicone layer facilitates easy removal of baked cake from the mould, and the property of baking paper not to pass fat or moisture makes the mould fat resistant.

Baking paper moulds are mainly used for baking cakes with various fillings, pizzas, cakes and muffins.
